You will need: 2 Eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup water, 1 Tbsp. milk or water. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Set aside glaze packet. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil and water and whisk to blend. 3. Add cake mix and coconut to wet ingredients and stir to combine. If desired, reserve some of the coconut for topping the cake. 4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake on center rack following below chart or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely and drizzle with glaze. 5. To make the glaze, whisk glaze mix with 1 Tbsp. milk or water and add additional if needed to desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake and let stand to firm up. Top with reserved coconut if desired. Pan Size: One 9 inches round - Bake Time: 38-42 minutes; Pan Size: One 8 inches round - Bake Time: 43-47 minutes; Pan Size: Loaf - Bake Time: 50-60 minutes; Pan Size: Cupcakes - Bake Time: 19-22 min. Chrissy's Pro Tip: Toast your coconut for added coconut flavor! Place coconut on a lined baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees F for 3 minutes. Stir and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cool completely. Do not eat raw batter. Store in a cool dry place.
