Rice Flour, Sweet Rice Flour Potato Starch, Cane Sugar, Oat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate Baking Soda), Ube Powder, Contains 2% or Less of Salt, Vegetable Juice Color (Including Butterfly Pea Flower Extract), Guar Gum, Natural Flavor.

Directions

Ingredients: 5-6 pancakes: 3/4 cup mix; 1/2 cup water. 15-16 pancakes: whole bag; 1-1/2 cups water. Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water. 1. Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes. 2. Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees F. 3. Lightly oil the pan or griddle. 4. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle. 5. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are lightly browned. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Want Waffles? Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 2/3 cup of water, and 1 tbsp of oil. Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes. Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are lightly browned.
