Do not overcrowd skillet with chicken pieces. Cook for 6 minutes, using a spatula to flip and break apart chicken pieces. Cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until internal temperature of largest pieces of chicken reach 170 degrees F. Air Fryer: Arrange frozen chicken pieces in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook at 370 degrees F for 15 minutes until internal temperature of chicken reaches 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Create a variety of tasty meals!
