Cooking Instructions: For best results cook from frozen state. Grill: Place the frozen burgers on a preheated medium-hot grill. With lid closed, cook on each side for 7-1/2 minutes or just until the juices run clear when lightly pressed on. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F. Stove Top: Spray a frying pan with vegetable spray. On medium heat, place the frozen burger in the pan and cook covered on each side for approximately 6-1/2 minutes or until juices run clear when lightly pressed; heat to at least 165 degrees F internal temperature (For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with food thermometer; juices should run clear.
