Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed fish. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave keep raw fish separate from other foods wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw fish. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish from all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fillet with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and internal cook temp reaches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Bake preheat oven to 425 degrees F and bake for 14-16 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: preheat oven to 425 degrees F and bake for 18-20 minutes, turning once. Caution: We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, some bones may be present. Lemon Herb Swai: 1. Season thawed fish with salt and pepper and pan fry until lightly brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside. 2. In the same saucepan, melt butter and add mustard, wine, lemon juice, and dill. 3. Pour sauce over the fish and garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill sprigs. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
