Ingredients: 3-4 Pancakes: 3/4 cup mix; 1/3 cup water. 20-22 Pancakes: whole bag; 1-1/4 cup water. Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water. 1. Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes. 2. Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees F. 3. Lightly oil the pan or griddle. 4. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle. 5. Cook 2-1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Want Waffles? Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 1/2 cup of water, and 1 tbsp of oil. Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes. Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
