Directions
Garlic & Herb Naturally Flavored Butter Roast: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning mix. 1 boneless top round roast (about 2 lbs.). 1 tbsp. oil. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place roast on rack in foil-lined roasting pan. Brush with oil. 2. Rub seasoning mix evenly over entire roast. 3. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until desired doneness. Tent loosely with foil. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing. Try this twist! Also, great for seasoning steak, a whole chicken or chicken parts before cooking.
