Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook brats until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Brats should be browned and no longer pink inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended. Grill: Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-low. Grill brats 15 to 20 minutes. Use tongs to turn frequently. Oven: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place links on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes; turn links over and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated
