How to Cook (4 easy Steps): 1. Thaw the meat in the refrigerator overnight or use the defrost setting on a microwave until fully thawed. 2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan or grill over medium-high heat. 3. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook thoroughly.
