Directions

This sausage is smoked and fully cooked. To serve, pan-fry or grill for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat, or bake in the oven at 375 degrees until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Simple Sausage Combos We Love: 1) Sausage, white bean and kale soup. 2) Italian sausage bake with crusty bread. 3) Tuscan sausage ragu. Keep refrigerated.
