Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave - (Recommended): Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwaveable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High*: 3-4 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High*: 4 - 4-1/2 min. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High*: 5 min. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product will vent while cooking; a popping sound may be heard. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Boil 1/3 cup water in a 1-quart nonstick saucepan. Empty contents of pouch into saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 2 - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Keep frozen. Push.
