Cooking Instructions: Not ready to eat. From frozen, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above for food safety and quality. Stovetop (Most Delicious!): On low heat, simmer meatballs with your favorite sauce in a saucepan for 13-16 minutes, stirring frequently. Optionally, before simmering, saute meatballs in 1T vegetable or coconut oil on medium to sear the outside. Air Fryer: At 400 degrees F, cook meatballs for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Serve with your favorite sauce. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place meatballs on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve with your favorite sauce. Food should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying. Keep Frozen: Ready to cook.
