Microwave Instructions: Do not pierce or open the Flav-R-Pac steam of the crop bag. Place this side up in the microwave. Microwave on high. For lower wattage ovens (1100W or less) cook on High for 6-7 minutes or until the product reaches 165 degrees F. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 4-5 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. A whistling sound may be heard as steam escapes through the vent in the bag. After cooking, remove from the microwave and let stand for 1 minute. Carefully open the bag pour vegetables from the bag. Serve and enjoy! Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stove Top Instructions: Bring ¼ cup water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add contents of the bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and boil gently for 4-5 minutes or until tender; stir once during cooking time. Drain and serve. or food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. This side up during microwaving. Keep frozen until ready to use. Caution contents are hot. Keep Frozen.
