Cook sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Sausage should be browned and no longer pink inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended.

Grill: Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-low. Grill sausage 15 to 20 minutes. Use tongs to turn frequently. Pan Fry: Cook sausage in nonstick coated skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until well browned, turning frequently. Add 1/2 cup water to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
