Ready to heat & eat! Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven (Recommended): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat 20 to 22 minutes or until heated through. Microwave Oven: Place frozen fillets on a microwave-safe plate. Heat uncovered on high: 1 fillet for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. 2. Fillets for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Do not overheat. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Air Fryer: Crispy fillets cook up nice and crispy in the air fryer. Please refer to your air fryer manual for specific heating instructions. Sauce instructions: Thaw sauce packet in warm water. Keep frozen.
