Cooking Instructions: Gas Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill on medium-high heat. 2. Remove tri-tip from package and place directly on grill. 3. Cook 6-10 minutes on each side, tujrning at least twice during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, measured with a food thermometer in the thickest portion of the tri-tip to rest 3 minutes before serving. 1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove tri-tip from packaging and place in a shallow pan. 3. Roast for 20 minutes on one side. 4. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. 5. turn over tri-tip and continue cooking. Cook to an internal of 145 degrees F, measured with a food thermometer in the thickest portion, approximately 20 minutes per pound. 6. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving. Cook thoroughly. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable previously handled frozen for your protection refreeze or keep refrigerated.
