This bottling celebrates nearly 50 years of experience farming Sauvignon Blanc in the Dry Creek Valley. The grapes were harvested August 27 through September 23, 2020 from a narrow selection of benchland and valley floor vineyards. The sandy loam soils and temperate climate contributed to even ripening, excellent acidity and balance in the grapes. Stainless steel fermentation was supplemented with small amounts of chestnut, acacia, and French oak barrels adding character and nuance to this delicious vine.
