Cook thoroughly. Heating Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Microwave covered on high 4-6 minutes, stirring once. 3. Season to taste and serve. Due to the difference in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Stovetop: 1. For every 1 cup of florets, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil. 2. Add broccoli, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until tender, 4-6 minutes. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Tear.
