Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Place unopened bag standing up on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked (water will be released from zucchini during heating and accumulate in bag). Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Tear bag at notch. Drain excess water and serve. * Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stove Top-Skillet (Recommended): Place contents of bag into a preheated nonstick skillet, cover. Cook over medium-high heat to steam for 10-11 minutes, or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess water. Optional: Finish sauteing with olive oil. Caution: Bag will be hot. Avoid steam/hot water in bag. Drain any excess water in strainer. Keep frozen.
