Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze! Face this side up in the microwave. Microwave Instructions: Do not pierce or open bag. Place this side up in the microwave. Microwave on high. For lower wattage ovens (less than 1100W), cook on high for 5 minutes or until the product reaches 165 degrees F. For higher wattage ovens (greater than 1100W) cook on high 4 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. A whistling sound may be heard as the steam escapes through the vents in the bag. After cooking, remove the bag from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. Carefully open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. Serve and enjoy! Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stove Top Instructions: Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add contents of bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 4-5 minutes or until tender, stir once during cooking time. Drain and serve.
