Well-rounded and balanced with notes of blueberries & caramelized brown sugar. Single origin. During a spontaneous trip to Nicaragua in the 1970's, our founder fell in love with coffee and Nicaraguan culture. Decades later, we're proud to say that we continue to produce premium coffee on the second highest peak in the country, the place where it all began: Cerro de Jesus. The mountain's high elevation and varied microclimates provide an ideal habitat for growing and harvesting quality shade-grown coffee. All of our coffee is roasted in small batches to honor the flavor and quality of our Nicaraguan beans. Each bag is carefully handpacked at our flagship location in the heart of California's San Joaquin Valley. Sharing our exceptional coffee with our customers and friends is what we love most, and telling the story of our farm keeps us connected. We hope you enjoy the adventure, wherever the Trail may lead you. 100% Arabica whole bean. Roast Profile: Medium. trailcoffeeroasters.com. Learn our story from farm to cup.
