The fruit for our Old Soul wine is sourced entirely from our sustainably farmed, family-owned estate vineyards in Lodi, CA. Lodi enjoys warm days and cool nights which allows the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining their natural acidity. This Pinot Noir is aged for 12 months in 100% French oak, with a fruit forward profile. Pair with pan-seared Salmon and angel hair pasta.
