Directions
Store in a dry and cool place. You will need: content of box; 2 large eggs; 1/2 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; 9 inch square or 10 inch round pan. 1. Prep - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease pan. 2. Mix - Empty contents of bag, eggs, oil and water in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Spread in pan. 3. Bake - Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Turn upside down and cool before cutting. Serving Suggestions: Dust with confectioners sugar or your favorite frosting.
