Cooking Suggestions: Conventional Oven: Remove ribs from package. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until tender and meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. If desired, brush or baste with favorite sauce during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time. Grill: Heat grill. Remove ribs from package. Place ribs on grill. Grill over indirect heat for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until tender and meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
