Directions
To Reconstitute: Soak dried mushrooms for at least 15 minutes in lukewarm water. Drain, then plunge mushrooms into boiling water for 1 minute. Drain again. Strain soaking water before use. The magical appeal of this wild mushroom is from its numerous culinary applications. The exotic golden chanterelle shines when rehydrated and paired with soft scrambled eggs or mixed into an herby risotto. The meatiness of this mushroom completes any dish.
