Heating Instructions: Microwave (For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment. Adjust time and heat settings as necessary): 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. 2. Add 1 tablespoon water and cover. 3. Heat on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top (For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment. Adjust time and heat settings as necessary): 1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 8-10 minutes. 3. Drain and serve. Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cut here.
