Stovetop Instructions: 1. Add 1 cup of rice to 2 1/4 cups of water in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Lower the heat, cover with lid and simmer until the desired tenderness is reached (about 30 to 35 minutes). Appliances may vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. 1 serving = 3/4 cup cooked.
