Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove casing, add desired amount of Longaniza to cooking pan. 2. Stir Longaniza at low heat for a minimum of 10 minutes or until it reaches a mini perature of 170 degrees F as measured by use of a food thermometer. 3. When Longaniza is thoroughly cooked add eggs, beans, potatoes if desired. Keep refrigerated. Remove casing before cooking.
